The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) announces a public tender for the following Services: Carrying outA research on the economic impact of reopening international transit through Transnistria” for European Union Border Assistance Mission for Moldova and Ukraine.  More details on the services are provided in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP)

The Proposal price shall be quoted in US Dollars. Payment shall be made in the invoice currency according to IOM exchange rate on the date of payment (the rates can be downloaded here http://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.aspx)

 

It is important to take a note, that the winning Bidder’s commitment to accept the standard form of IOM’s Service agreement in full is considered to be one of the essential tender requirements.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at 13, Zatyshna str., Odesa, 65012, Ukraine (attn. Procurement unit, procurement@eubam.org) on or before 15:00 (EEST) Friday, 23 October 2015. No late proposal shall be accepted.

The Proposal should include copies of company’s statutory documents, Certificate of Registration from government agency in Ukraine or abroad, Valid Government Permits/Licenses, confirmations of Tax Identification Number and local taxes, including value-added tax, issued by respective government agencies in Ukraine or abroad, List of main contracts entered by the Company into for the last 3 years and customers’ references.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
