International Organization for Migration (IOM), mission to the Republic of Moldova

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for a local Consultant according to the Terms of Reference attached, for a pre-assessment alongside a 3 days training on project development and management for the Bureau for Relations with the Diaspora (BRD) and the State Chancellery of the Republic of Moldova (SC).
