 Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for 2 (two) Local Consultants according to the Terms of Reference attached (TOR for the consultant in Chisinau and TOR for the consultant Transnistria region), to elaborate a guide for starting/ development of economic cross river cooperation and entrepreneurship activities in conditions of the frozen Transnistrian conflict, in order to promote a sustainable economic development in the whole territory of the Republic of Moldova, including the Transnistria Region.
