Background

International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission to the Republic of Moldova

Purpose: The IOM Mission to the Republic of Moldova is looking for a National Consultant – to support the establishment of a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for the national Migration and Development (M&D) policy / strategy and mainstreaming mechanism, according to the attached Terms of Reference.
