Background

United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking National Consultant to finalize the Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey under the fifth round of global initiative (MICS5) to assess the situation of children and women.


Purpose:
UNICEF offers assistance in collecting and analyzing data in order to close data gaps in monitoring the situation of children and women within the framework of UNICEF's international household surveying initiative “The Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey”(MICS). In order to provide technical support to Implementing partner and local authorities and to oversee procedural issues and ensure quality control of all MICS5 related outcomes and final results, UNICEF Moldova Country Office is going to hire a MICS5 Consultant. For more details on duties and minimum requirements please refer to attached ToR.
