United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking National Consultant on Social Work, Monitoring and Coordination in the area of Child Protection

Purpose: The consultant will provide technical assistance to UNICEF in supporting the implementation of key activities under the RWP 2014-2015 between UNICEF and the Ministry of Labor, Social Protection and Families, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Ministry of Justice related to addressing key bottlenecks and barriers under the Monitoring Equity for Results Systems (MORES) determinant analysis, in particular social work, community-based services, data collection and management and strengthening of civil society in child protection reform. For more details on duties and minimum requirements, please refer to attached Terms of reference (TOR).
