Background

United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking National Individual Consultant to assess legal and informal guardianship in child care and protection in the Republic of Moldova

 

Purpose: This consultancy is to conduct a review of laws, regulations and policies related to legal and informal guardianship in child care and protection. The findings will be shared with an international consultant who will review the findings as part of an international and legal review. The Consultant will be responsible for a solid national and legal review of the situation prior to the commencement of the international consultancy, for support in the field research under the guidance of the international consultant and for providing feedback and comments on the research findings and recommendations.
