Background

United Nations Children’s Fund in Moldova is seeking National Individual Consultant to strengthen community services for vulnerable adolescents

 

Purpose: This consultancy is aimed at (1) strengthening systematic and meaningful youth participation in UNICEF and key government and non-governmental partners, (2) supporting the development of relevant community-based services for vulnerable and at-risk youth in Chisinau Municipality and five other districts (Balti, Ungheni, Orhei, Căușeni and Leova), and (3) collecting and analysing available youth-related information for evidence-based programming and policy-advocacy for UNICEF and its partners.
