UNICEF, the world’s leading organization working for the rights of children, seeks a Temporary Appointment for an Admin/Supply Assistant, GS-6, in Chisinau, Moldova.

 

Purpose:

Qualifications:

Education, Work Experience & Technical Competencies: 

- Bachelor Degree, preferably in Economics, Business, Procurement or Accounting.  Two to five years of progressively responsible clerical or administrative work, with specialised experience in purchasing a variety of materials and services.

- Training in administration and/or procurement field is desired.

 

Languages: 

Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian.

Skills and knowledge:
- Proven skills in procurement, good knowledge of government procedures for customs clearance
- SAP (VISION) knowledge is considered an asset
- Computer skills, including internet navigation, and various office applications
