Background

INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of the project “Fostering local state-civic partnership for sustainable economic development in Moldova”, IOM now invites Expression of Interest from individual consultants for the consulting services in Building capacities of the local public administration and civil society entities for service provisions on employment and women rights aspects.

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following a.) range of relevant consulting services offered, b.) qualification and experience in similar assignment including list of major clients served.

More details about the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).

The Expression of Interest and the CV shall be submitted in original and should be received either by hand or through mail: hrchisinau@iom.int cc: aciurac@iom.int by IOM with office address at 36/1 Ciuflea St., Chisinau, MD-2001, office 25, no later than 24 October 2014 by CoB.

On the basis of the above information, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Individual Consultants. Only short listed Consultants will be invited to submit technical and financial proposals.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Consultants.
