Background

Objective:

UNICEF is the leading voice for children’s rights in Moldova. In order to promote child rights agenda and keep the external audience up to date with UNICEF’s work in the country, the office has to communicate regularly via effective communication tools. The web site is an important communication platform, which maintains UNICEF’s visibility and public image as one of the strongest advocates for child rights in the country; promotes UNICEF’s knowledge and informs the national and international audience, donors on UNICEF’s work, achievements and child rights issues in Moldova.  UNICEF is eliciting the services of a qualified individual consultant to provide maintenance services of UNICEF Moldova web site (www.unicef.md) developed on Red Dot platform.
