Communication Officer

 

As part of the dynamic Country Office team and under the general supervision of the Head of the Country Office, the incumbent performs a variety of tasks to support the effective implementation of WHO activities as programmed in the Biennial Collaborative Agreement (BCA) and particularly activities under the "Confidence Building Measures" project. The areas of work include strategic communication, visibility and monitoring, health messages for public and professional groups’ management, selected public health and health care campaigns (e.g. non-communicable diseases, health sector reforms, international standards in health) development and implementation.
