REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL/QUOTATION

The International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mission in Republic of Moldova is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.
IOM invites interested eligible Suppliers to submit Quotations for Communication system/equipment with specifications according to the attached Terms of Reference (ToR).

Note:  
1.    Prices shall be quoted in Moldovan Lei (MDL) or in  US Dollars (USD), incl. VAT ;
2.    All payments will be made after delivery;
3.     The total Price shall include all the costs for the supply and delivery of the Goods
       and any Incidental Services;
4.    Deadline for submitting proposal/quotation – 12 March 2017;

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy or electronically:
Documents/offers in hard copy need to be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “IOM Communication System RFPQ-MD002/17”, and company name, addressed to:
IOM Moldova, 36/1 Ciuflea Street, Chisinau, MD-2001
Offers sent electronically need to be addressed to the following e-mail address:
idabija@iom.int, with “IOM Communication system RFPQ-MD002/17” as the subject line of the message.
The Quotations MUST be received at the above address by latest 18:00 on 12 March 2017. Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of quotations.
Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand IOM’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them.
Note that failure to provide compliant quotation may result in invalidation of your quotation.
