Overview:
UNICEF Moldova invites interested companies to submit proposals for Review of the Conceptual Framework for a new curriculum for primary and lower secondary education in the Republic of Moldova.
The purpose of this institutional consultancy is to provide guidance and technical support for the review and adjustment of a Conceptual Framework for a new competency based curriculum, based on a thorough and critical analysis of learning outcomes and competency gaps in Moldova and alignment of the competencies framework, national curriculum, and framework education plan for primary and lower secondary education with international good practice and trends.
The consultancy is expected to be carried out within a 5-month period, starting from July 2017 and ending in November 2017.
Main requirements:
- Company with minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of education/curriculum policy analysis and development;
- Proven previous experience of work in areas relevant for the announced consultancy (samples of previous work, copies of report summaries);
- Previous work with UNICEF or other UN agencies is an asset.
HOW TO APPLY: Your application should contain two separate proposals: the Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal, as specified in the RFP attached.
